Professional Catering Inc. has been crafting unforgettable culinary experiences for over 30 years. Since Owner/Executive Chef Steve Williams started the firm in 1993, it has been a favorite for full-service catering in Southwest Virginia.  Having grown up in the industry, Steve's son Nick Williams joined the firm and works along side his father as Sous Chef and Head Event Manager. Our team is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of service and the freshest ingredients to create excellent food for our clients. We strive to stand out by consistently exceeding expectations and providing a personal touch to each event. Our solid reputation is built on one thing - Catering - and doing it well.

At Professional Catering, we do only one thing – we cater! We think that is significant because it results in a single minded focus on each event, for each client. If you don't see what you want among our many menus, call us - we can customize menus to fit almost any occasion. 

Since Owner Steve Williams left his position as Executive Chef at Mt. Lake Hotel to start the firm in 1993, Professional Catering has experienced consistent growth, based on a solid reputation … and excellent food. Continued success is due to these things: word of mouth advertising by satisfied clients; diligent attention to service, taste and appearance by dedicated staff; and focus on doing that one thing – catering – and doing it well.
